Campaign software dialing Others via T1 but Dialogic Multithread calls do work.
The following refers to flat, D4/AMI configurations:1. Close the Campaign, and make sure ssvlII.exe is not running.
2. Verify that calls work through Multithreaded Voice.
3. Open Campaign window and go to Options/Preferences/T1 Confiuration.
4. Change DGT_RDEBON From 25 to 30 or even 255 if 30 does not work.
5. Close and reopen the Campaign window between changes to this setting.
6. Verify that the Digital Lines T1 Section is set up as follows:
ALBL
AHBH
ALBL
AHBH
ALBL
7. Make sure that dongle is licensed for Digital.
