Error "Failed to Open Rowset" in SPD Webreports

This error is due to a problem in the campaign.mdb file located in C:\SPD\.
There are 2 common reasons for this error:
1. The campaign.mdb file or one of the tables has become corrupt. It may be possible to open it in Microsoft Excel and repair the database. If not, you will have to rename or delete it and open Listmaker/Agents/Edit Agents to have listmaker create a new one. This will delete all Agent logins and previous reports statistics.

2. The other reason could be if you have upgraded the WebReports version on a SPD Access (non-MySQL) system to the latest version. Tech Support can fix this by copying the campaign.mdb file over to their computer, opening Listmaker Pro and clicking on Agents/Edit Agents. This will add the necceary table structure for the file.
