Agent "cross-talk".

Usually happens when Ziptone enabled in CTI32 configurations and using Headsets.
1. Stop Camapign, stop CTI32 and stop and start Dialogic cards.
2. Start CTI32, open Campaign, go to Options/Preferences/General and uncheck Play Ziptone.
3. Close and re-open Campaign.
