This error relates to a problem with the MSI card not starting before the SpitFire Campaign was started. This can lead to agents not being able to hear the customers even though the data is popping up on their Agent software. This happens when SpitFire is started immediately after a reboot of the Server, instead of waiting for the Dialogic cards to start. To fix this, close SpitFire, stop CTI32 and any related processes in Task Manager. Then stop and restart the Dialogic cards with Configuration Manager.
