Compatible WAV File Formats

The format of WAV file required for SpitFire scripts depends on the type of lines being used and/or if CTI32 is installed and in use on the Dialer.

For all analog and Flat (D4/AMI) T1 lines NOT using CTI32, the format is as follows:

Windows PCM WAV
Sample Rate: 8,000 kHz
Data Rate: 16 bit
Channels: Mono

For all PRI T1 (B8ZS) as well as analog lines using CTI32 the format is as follows:

Windows PCM WAV
Sample Rate: 11,025 kHz
Data Rate: 8 bit
Channels: Mono

For SIP lines, there are 2 possible formats, depending on the SIP platform used. See Tech Support for indentifying the SIP platform:

Windows PCM WAV
Sample Rate: 11,025 kHz
Data Rate: 8 bit
Channels: Mono

or

CCIT-Ulaw WAV
Sample Rate: 8000 kHz
Data Rate: 8bit
Channels: mono
