Dialogic Software and Windows Server 2003
When using the Windows Server 2003 platform, an issue has been identified with the Dialogic 5.1.1 software that prevents the Dialogic cards from starting.The issue is a missing DLL file named winstrm.dll. This file needs to be copied into the C:\Windows\System32\ folder.
